Document Imaging: Missing Hyland Virtual Printer in Printing Options

Document Imaging System, Hyland Virtual Printer

Issue

The Hyland Virtual Printer is not listed as a Printer option, or someone is getting a 404 error.

Resolution

Beginning 2/23/26, if someone is getting a 404 server error, they have an old version of the printer, and they need their Unit IT to install the new version.  A new version was provided as part of the update to the Document Imaging system over the February 21-22, 2026 weekend
