U-M Qualtrics
Issue
A published survey is not accessible. Users encounter a 'Sorry, this has not started' message when they use the survey link.
Resolution
- Review the Survey availability section of your survey details by going to Edit survey > Survey options > Responses.
- If start and expiration dates are set, confirm the timeframe is correct.
- If the timeframe looks correct, check your time zone for your Qualtrics account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right > Account Settings > Change time zone* - adjust the time zone if necessary.
Note: The default time zone for U-M Qualtrics accounts is Mountain Time. This is a Qualtrics setting.
