Issue
How to enable / disable debugging log access in a Maizey project.
Resolution
Project Owners have the ability to grant ITS support staff temporary access to view and use interaction logs recorded during a specified time period (e.g., 8 hours, 1 day, etc.) to aid in the resolution of technical issues. During this period, ITS support staff has access to all of your interactions with the U-M Maizey project, including prompts, replies, and indexing task results.
- This access will be used solely for resolving your technical issue, and you can revoke access at any time.
- If you do not revoke access, logging will automatically stop at the end of the time period you've specified.
- When the debugging log is enabled, a message displays at the top of the chat tool to notify users.
Enable Debugging Log Access
- Open the Project Details page for the desired project.
- Click the Artificial Intelligence Settings tab.
- Click Update next to the Debugging Log Access setting.
- Select a time period in the Grant/Extend Access for drop-down menu.
- Click Grant Access.
Disable Debugging Log Access
- Open the Project Details page for the desired project.
- Click the Artificial Intelligence Settings tab.
- Click Update next to the Debugging Log Access setting.
- Click Revoke Access.
