Issue
- How to create a new (draft) cart?
- How to switch to a new cart in order to save the current cart to be processed later?
Resolution
From the Marketsite page:
- Click the Shop icon (shopping cart) on the left-side > My Carts and Orders
- Click View Carts
- Click Create Cart towards the upper-right
- A new empty cart will be created and set to Active
Existing Draft Cart(s)
If you have existing carts under the Draft Carts tab of the Cart Management section (View Carts page), you can switch to an existing cart by...
- Going to the Action column (right-most column) for the cart row
- Click the drop-down arrow to open the Action menu
- Click Activate
- This option will not appear for the cart currently marked Active
