What is the purpose of the option to select "I would like to receive additional test messages from ITS"?
Resolution
The option to select "I would like to receive additional test messages from ITS" is used when:
- Additional features like merge fields, or a reply-to address that is different from the from address are required. These features require additional assistance from ITS staff to implement.
- There is a need to get the request moving forward through initial approvals or to have the population file prepared ahead of content being finalized.
