Share New Quizzes Item Banks with a Group of Instructors

Issue

When Item Banks are created for a Canvas New Quiz, they are associated with the instructor who created them. In order for other instructors to have access to an instructor's Item Banks, the Item Banks can be shared.

Resolution

If there is a need to share Item Banks with a group of instructors, the Item Banks can be shared to a course site created expressly for this purpose and instructors can be added to the course site in order to gain access to the Item Banks.
