View Reported Hours for Previous Appointments/Jobs

Issue

• How can I view the hours I reported for my old jobs with the University?
• The Time Reporting pages are only showing the hours I've reported for my current appointment. How can I check reported hours for previous appointments?

Resolution

Contact the Payroll Office at payroll@umich.edu or (734) 615-2000 option 2 to request the details of reported hours for previous appointments.

Additional Information

It is expected behavior that Employee Self Service only shows information related to current active appointments.
