Issue

Can I install and use third-party add-ins with U-M Microsoft 365?

Resolution

Important: This information only applies to the ITS-managed instance of Microsoft 365. The Michigan Medicine (HITS-managed) instance has different guidelines.

All add-ins in Microsoft 365 AppSource are enabled for the ITS-managed U-M Microsoft 365 domain, except those that require payment. (Attempting to use an add-in that requires payment will result in a notice that it needs admin approval, which won't be provided.)
