Issue

I tried using MFA Recovery, but got a "You can’t use self-service recovery because of previous unsuccessful attempts. For further assistance please submit the following request for support."

Resolution

You are not eligible for self-service recovery due to previous failed or abandoned attempts at automated ID verification.
