Steps

Show/Hide Necessary Columns Based On Import Data

  1. Navigate to the "All Contacts" page under the People header
  2. Click on the "All Items" Dropdown
  3. Click on "Add or remove fields"
  4. A panel on the right-end of the page will appear. Select the columns that you need. You can also change the order of the columns here by drag-and-drop or hovering over the columns and clicking on the "up" and "down" buttons next to each column.
  5. Click on "Apply" button on the top-left of the panel once finished. The view will be updated accordingly.

Uploading the Data

  1. Select and copy (CTRL+C or CMD+C) the contents you want to upload on an Excel spreadsheet
  2. Go back to the TrackMaster page. Click on 'Edit in Grid View'
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page
  4. Click on "Add new item"
  5. Go back to the TrackMaster page and click on the tick that appears to the left of that row as shown below:
  6. Now, simply paste (CTRL+V or CMD+V) the content

Reverting Column View Changes

  1. You may need to revert the fields that you showed/hid from the default setting by following the same steps as Step 1: Show/Hide Necessary Columns Based On Import Data.
