TrackMaster uses Power Automate for several automated tasks, from keeping the People list up-to-date with data from MCommunity, to getting info from Office 365, to bulk uploads and more. These automations are called "flows" in Power Automate. This article provides a snapshot of all the Power Automate flows that are used by TrackMaster as of the latest version.

If you have many records to add to TrackMaster (e.g. your team's contact list or a list of consultations), it is easier to use the Bulk Upload feature. This allows you to upload pre-formatted spreadsheets.

TrackMaster comes with an Announcements section, which is meant for sharing internal newsletters, reminders, staff meeting notes. This ensures these items are always searchable. This article shows how to post an announcement, and optionally email a copy.
