Request changes to the start date/time and/or end date/time of an end-of-term evaluation. Dates cannot be adjusted for midterm evaluations.
Transcripts can be ordered online, by fax or mail or in person at our office.
Request the addition or removal of an instructor on a teaching evaluation that has already been ordered and published.
Request additional seating or to request alternate dates or times for final exams.

Submit meet-together requests one at a time (intended for units participating in only a few meet-together classes).
Assistance with enrollment appointments and enrolling in classes.
