Transcripts can be ordered online, by fax or mail or in person at our office.
U-M provides a free standard size diploma to every student who graduates.
Submit meet-together requests one at a time (intended for units participating in only a few meet-together classes).
Request a new template or updates to an existing template.
Request changes to the start date/time and/or end date/time of an end-of-term evaluation. Dates cannot be adjusted for midterm evaluations.
Request additional seating or to request alternate dates or times for final exams.
Changes to program requirements, course list updates, and new program requirements need to be communicated to the Registrar’s Office through a degree audit form.
