Request the addition or removal of an instructor on a teaching evaluation that has already been ordered and published.
Transcripts can be ordered online, by fax or mail or in person at our office.
Request additional seating or to request alternate dates or times for final exams.

Assistance with enrollment appointments and enrolling in classes.
Submit meet-together requests one at a time (intended for units participating in only a few meet-together classes).
Request changes to the start date/time and/or end date/time of an end-of-term evaluation. Dates cannot be adjusted for midterm evaluations.
Our office provides scantron scoring services for departments across campus using University of Michigan Scantron Forms. We also supply the blank forms, as well as quick processing for scoring and analysis services.
U-M provides a free standard size diploma to every student who graduates.
