This Report

This report provides a five-year analysis of donor counts and gift totals to funds within a specific unit, with YTD totals for current and prior FY, categorized by donor constituency. Includes gifts by source for Annual Fund Accounts, Annual Fund plus Flagged Accounts, and All Accounts.

Why use this report?

Use this report to monitor five‑year trends in donor counts and gift totals for your unit, compare current YTD performance with the prior fiscal year, and identify which donor constituencies are driving support. The gifts‑by‑source breakdown for Annual Fund, Annual Fund plus Flagged, and All Accounts supports targeted donor engagement, stewardship prioritization, and informed planning and forecasting.

Revenue Fiscal Month (Required)

Answer the following prompt to collect a year-over-year comparison to the second fiscal year. You may select any month of the fiscal year, and the results for the prior fiscal year will also be filtered

  • E.g., 8

Purpose Campus Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to aggregate all giving to Dearborn or Flint campuses

• Enter value(s) for Purpose Campus Rollup

  • You may select one or more campuses

  • E.g., Dearborn

Purpose VP Area Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to aggregate all giving to DSA or the Health System

• Enter value(s) for Purpose VP Area Rollup

Purpose SCU Rollup (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to aggregate all giving to Dearborn College of Engineering or the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts
