How do I report an error in MiQuizMaker?

If you experience an error in MiQuizMaker, such as the math is not calculating properly, question randomization is not working as it should or you have issues accessing your account, please email caen@umich.edu. Include all of the following information so our team can best assist you:

• Your name
• Your account email address
• Browser being used
• Type of computer (Mac, Windows, tablet, etc.)
• URL Link to the Quiz with issues
• Complete description of the issue
• If an issue with the QTI file, include the attached file
• Screenshot and time stamp of the issue
