How do I sync my roster from Canvas to iClicker Cloud?

Once you have set up the integration, you will see a new Sync Status column and Sync Roster button on the Students page for your course.

1. Click the Sync Roster button on the Students page to initiate the roster sync.

2. When complete, a summary of the sync request will be shown.
   • Total number of students successfully synced from your Canvas roster.
   • Total number of students unable to sync due to an error.
     • An explanation of each error type can be seen by clicking the error type to expand the visible information.
     • You can see the name and email address details for students with errors by clicking the See Details option.
     • You have the option to send an email to students with an error to help them resolve their error.
