What should I do if the text or icons are too large or too small on the CAEN Windows Remote Desktop Service?

First, make sure you have the most recent version of the VMware Horizon Client installed, and try toggling the Allow Display Scaling setting in the Options menu (located in the upper-left corner of the connection window):

Note: If you are already connected you will need to resize the window for the change to take effect.

If you still have problems, you should also check if your display resolution exceeds the maximum display resolution.
