I previously saved a file to my Desktop on a Windows CLSE computer, but now I receive an error when I try to open it. What's wrong?

If the file was created using software launched via AppsAnywhere, you may receive an error if you try to open it by double-clicking the icon the next time you log in, e.g.:

Error windows cannot open file pop-up

To avoid receiving this error, you should first launch the software via AppsAnywhere, then open your saved file.
