Visit the Professional Development Activity Tracking (PDAT) application at: https://deptapps.engin.umich.edu/pdat/
Click the MGR DASHBOARD button. Your staff list will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
At a high level, you can view the compliance status (Yes/No) of each staff member in the In compliance column.
To view the compliance details of a specific faculty or staff member, click the eye icon in the applicable row.
If you manage staff who are also managers, you can view the compliance status of their reports, and so on.
