As a manager, how do I view individuals who report to me who have not completed all of their compliance requirements?

  1. Go to the Professional Development Activity Tracking (PDAT) application: https://deptapps.engin.umich.edu/pdat/

  2. Click the MGR DASHBOARD button. Your staff list will be displayed at the bottom of the page.

  • At a high level, you can view the compliance status (Yes/No) of each staff member in the In compliance column. 

  • To view the compliance details of a specific faculty or staff member, click the eye icon in the applicable row.

  • If you manage staff who are also managers, you can view the compliance status of their reports, and so on.
