Setting up your Meeting Owl

Summary

This article is for the initial setup with a Meeting Owl.  

Environment

Meeting Owl, mobile device running Android or iOS, and a computer. 

Directions

  1. Connect the USB cable between Owl and computer.

  2. Connect the power cable to the Owl and an outlet at the wall. 

    • Wait until the Owl’s eye stop pulsing, and you hear a hoot sound. 

  3. Download the Meeting Owl app from the Apple Store or Google Play store.

  4. Open the app, and select your Owl from the Nearby Owls list.

  5. Connect it to the MSetup wireless network.

  6. Open your videoconferencing app, and select the Owl for the Video, Microphone, and Speaker options.
