Requesting Lecture Recording for a non-LSA space

How to request Lecture Recording assistance for LSA instructors teaching in non-LSA spaces.

If your course is scheduled in a central campus space that is not supported by LSA, a recording option may be available through another college.


North Ingalls (400NI & 426NI) / School of Nursing
The School of Nursing uses the Echo 360 platform for lecture recording. To request this service, send a message to UMSN-RecordsTeam@med.umich.edu or call (734) 764-0092.

Jeff T Blau Hall (BLAU) & Ross Business School (R-BUS) / Ross Business School
Email rossitsupport@umich.edu to make your request. They use a system called MediaSite to record classes. For information on how Ross utilizes it, follow this link:   https://www2.bus.umich.edu/MyiMpact/technology/mediasite

School of Dentistry (DENT)
Requests for lecture recording may be submitted to the Dental Informatics team using the following form: https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/70/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/NewForm?ID=%7e7r5AZ%7ew%7eGY_&RequestorType=Service

Hutchins Hall (HUTCH), Jeffries Hall, & Legal Research Building / Law School
We recommend getting in touch with the Law School by sending a message to lawav@med.umich.edu to schedule a room training and learn how to set up recording for your course.

At this time, only SEB 1202 (Schloring Auditorium) is equipped with the Lecture Recording system used by LSA. For information about recording technology in other SEB rooms, contact the School of Education by emailing soe.it.support@umich.edu.

School of Public Health (SPH)
We recommend getting in touch with the School of Public Health by emailing sph.classroom@umich.edu to see what options may be available for your course.

School of Social Work (SSWB)
We recommend getting in touch with ITS for the School of Social Work Building by emailing ssw.av@umich.edu to see what options may be available for your course.

Joan & Sanford Weill Hall (WEILL) / Ford School of Public Policy
