Miracast is the screen sharing method that many laptops use for screen sharing between a computer and another display.
There can be issues with Miracast when attempting to screen share while connected to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN:
- If the user is unable to screen share to their TV or another display, have them disconnect from the VPN and try again.
- Also check if they are using 'Only U-M Traffic' or 'All Traffic' in the VPN, if they are using 'All Traffic' try using the former.
- If they connect successfully, have them reconnect to the VPN and see if the screen share connection persists.
