Granting BeyondTrust (Bomgar) representative access

Summary

How to grant a staff member access to the BeyondTrust Representative Client (Bomgar) for starting remote assistance sessions.

This should give the user the ability to jump to a users machine. Admin credentials to make changes to a users machine are not granted through this process.

LSA TS Staff who should have access to the BeyondTrust Representative Client (Bomgar)

  1. Log into Active Directory
  2. Add the staff member's uniqname to the AD group "lsa-it-admins"
