How to grant a staff member access to the BeyondTrust Representative Client (Bomgar) for starting remote assistance sessions.
This should give the user the ability to jump to a users machine. Admin credentials to make changes to a users machine are not granted through this process.
Environment
LSA TS Staff who should have access to the BeyondTrust Representative Client (Bomgar)
Directions
- Log into Active Directory
- Add the staff member's uniqname to the AD group "lsa-it-admins"
