Summary

This document discusses how to cancel a scheduled task, typically an "Activate later..." or "Deactivate later..." task, in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Environment

LSA Unit Websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5).

Directions

1. Log into the AEM Workflow Console. This brings up all the scheduled workflow tasks.
2. Navigate to the task you want to cancel. By default they're ordered by creation time (the "Start Time" column), most recent on top.
3. Select the task by clicking on it.
4. Either right-click and select Terminate or click the Terminate button in the top menu bar.
5. Enter a comment as to why you're canceling the task.
6. Click OK.
