Removing/Uninstalling Code42 Crashplan from a computer

Directions

Mac

1. Open a Finder window and click Go > Go to folder in the top menu bar.
2. Enter /Applications/Crashplan.app/Contents/Helpers/ and press enter.
3. Double Click Uninstall.app

Windows

1. Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
   • You can search for this in the start menu or right-click the start icon
2. Find Crashplan/Code42 from the list and click Uninstall.
