Mac
- Open a Finder window and click Go > Go to folder in the top menu bar.
- Enter
/Applications/Crashplan.app/Contents/Helpers/ and press enter.
- Double Click Uninstall.app
Windows
- Navigate to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
- You can search for this in the start menu or right-click the start icon
- Find Crashplan/Code42 from the list and click Uninstall.
