Installing Perceptive Content

This article lists how to install Perceptive Content.

Environment 

LSA Managed Windows 11 devices

Directions

NOTE: ITS is phasing out the general usage of the Perceptive Content Desktop Client. Most users should be accessing the Document Imaging System via Wolverine Access.

1. If an older version of Perceptive Content is installed, uninstall and restart the computer prior to attempting to install a newer version.
   • Contact LSA Technology Services if you need administrator privileges.
2. Download Perceptive Content from Software Center:
   1. Select the 'Start Menu' by clicking on the Windows Icon in the task bar
   2. Search for "Software Center"
   3. Select "Software Center" from the search results
   4. In Software Center, search for "Perceptive Content" in the search bar
   5. Select "Perceptive Content"
   6. Select "Install" 
3. Once the installation is finished, restart the computer.
