Issue
Sometimes while Cynap wireless is in use, a pop-up message appears onscreen.
This uninvited distraction may lead to a call asking for technical assistance.
Environment
The issue has been reported where Cynap wireless devices are mounted in classroom podiums.
Cause
The pop-up might be triggered if the Cynap unit's button accidentally gets bumped by the user or by someone else, hours earlier, who wasn't even using the wireless system.
Resolution
The close the pop-up, press the power button (once) on the front of the Cynap device.
