This service is voicemail for users transitioning from Traditional or VoIP phone systems. It is currently only in use on the Ann Arbor campus, since Dearborn and Flint campuses have fully transitioned to Zoom Phone which has voicemail included. Unity voicemail service will retire when the Telephone upgrade project is completed.
