This Service is the ITS-supported, centralized org for units to house their CRM-focused business processes. ITS, via the Salesforce Center of Excellence (SFCOE) team, consults with units to scope and build the org as well as provide ongoing support and governance. Participation in the ITS Enterprise Salesforce org brings centralized infrastructure such as data integrations with institutional data sources, managed backup, and disaster recovery.
