Issue

How can remote participants request camera control in U-M Zoom Rooms meetings?

Resolution

A remote participant can request remote camera access for the Zoom Room if they are connected from a Mac or PC using these steps:

1. Right click on the Zoom Room’s video feed
2. Click Request Camera Control
3. The touch panel of the Zoom Room will prompt the meeting host for approval
4. When the request is approved on the touch panel, the remote participant will be able to control the camera
