Issue
I want to attach a Zoom meeting link to my appointment schedule bookings prior to someone booking one. Can I do this?
Resolution
- You do not have the ability to attach Zoom meeting links prior to a booking being scheduled with appointment schedules.
- This includes via the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on and Zoom Chrome extension - neither will help you add one before an appointment is booked.
- You will need to add the Zoom meeting link to the appointment after it has been booked and added to the calendar.
- However, you can add a Google Meet session link to the appointment before it's scheduled.
