TeamDynamix Admins: Accessing the TeamDynamix Admin Tools

Issue

I am a TeamDynamix administrator and need to know how to access the TDX admin tools.

Resolution

Access the tools from your ticketing application

  • Open teamdynamix.umich.edu and click the User option
  • Click the tab for your ticketing application
  • Click the gear in the upper-right and select Admin

Access the tools from the client portal

  • Open teamdynamix.umich.edu and click the Client option
  • Click your name in the upper-right corner and select Admin
