How to update a ticket you have submitted in TeamDynamix.

Resolution

View and update your TeamDynamix Tickets

  1. Navigate to teamdynamix.umich.edu and click Client Portal tile
    1. For ITS Tickets, you can navigate directly to https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Home/
  2. Click on 'My Requests' 
  3. Sign in using your Uniqname and Password
  4. Click on Tickets and Comments as needed

Additional Information

If not in the ITS tickets portal, the language may slightly differ
