Issue
How to update a ticket you have submitted in TeamDynamix.
Resolution
View and update your TeamDynamix Tickets
- Navigate to teamdynamix.umich.edu and click Client Portal tile
- For ITS Tickets, you can navigate directly to https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/30/Portal/Home/
- Click on 'My Requests'
- Sign in using your Uniqname and Password
- Click on Tickets and Comments as needed
Additional Information
If not in the ITS tickets portal, the language may slightly differ
