How do I apply a Qualtrics theme? How can you add a survey logo?

Resolution

How to apply a Theme in a Qualtrics Survey:

1. To the right of your survey, click the down arrow
2. Click Edit Survey
3. While editing your survey, open the Look & feel menu
4. On the Pop-up, click Change Theme
5. Click the survey theme library dropdown and choose which library you want to view
6. Select the theme you would like to apply to your survey
7. View the Look & feel display to preview the theme applied to your survey
8. Click Apply
