How can a Principal Investigator of a project grant delegate secondary/proxy access to that grant in M-Reports?

Additional Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING FACULTY: 

• If you are denoted as Faculty (you may be able to see that in MCommunity), requesting OARS ProjectGrantReports access will not help
  • It will not work like it does for regular staff (displays all project grants)
• Faculty members can only look at their own Project Grants (where they are listed as Principal Investigator)
  • If a faculty member needs to view another person's Project Grants, the Principal Investigator has to grant Secondary/Proxy Access
