Assign Secondary/Proxy Access to a Project/Grant in M-Reports

Issue

How do I grant secondary/proxy access to a project/grant in M-Reports?

Resolution

As a Primary Investigator (PI) on a Project/Grant (P/G), you can delegate access to that project/grant's information in M-Reports.

Step-by-Step directions are found here: Assign Secondary Access to a Project/Grant.

Proxy access can be granted to a faculty member this way as well. Note that If the faculty proxy has the ProjectGrantReports role (allowing them access to the FIN MGMT tab), they will not see the access until this is removed. The exception is a faculty member that has the ICEmployment role. Granted that role, they will see all P/G data for the department or org group they have designated in the secondary security setup.
