View Training Schedule (Training Registrations) in My LINC

Issue

How do I view my training schedule in My LINC? How can I check which trainings I've registered for? How can I check the trainings I have in-progress? How can I check the trainings I'm waitlisted for?

Resolution

1. Go to My LINC.
2. Towards the top-left, click SELF > Learning > Training Schedule.
3. The Training Schedule will default to showing the CURRENT/UPCOMING tab.
   • This tab shows trainings you've registered a new attempt for and IN PROGRESS (incomplete) attempts.
4. To view trainings you're on a waiting list for, switch to the WAITING LIST OR PENDING APPROVAL tab across the top.
5. Switch to any other main tabs across the top if you're looking for a training in another status (EXPRESSED INTEREST, COMPLETED, CANCELED, LEARNER ATTACHMENTS).
   • NOTE: The CURRENT/UPCOMING tab has sub-tabs (another menu bar of options below the main tabs) which includes ALL, ONGOING ACTIVITIES, UPCOMING ACTIVITIES, etc.

Additional Information

There is a checkbox column on the very left of the Training Schedule. You can select all trainings (using the top checkbox in the column header) or select specific trainings in the Training Schedule to Export To Excel or Print or Cancel Registration using the toolbar across the top of the list.
