Resolution
Qualtrics provides detailed guidance on how to ensure that surveys are accessible via their Survey Accessibility page.
Key elements to consider include:
- Use accessible question types (listed on the Survey Accessibility page).
- Ensure sufficient color contrast between font and background.
- Avoid color combinations that may be challenging for color blind users, such as red and green.
Qualtrics also has a built-in survey accessibility checker that will identify potential accessibility errors for you to fix. If your Qualtrics license includes ExpertReview, this feature will provide more detailed accessibility guidance.
