FeedbackFruits external application/Canvas Learning Management System

FeedbackFruits streamlines the entire peer assessment process by enabling students to give feedback on peers' work based on instructors’ predefined criteria within the Canvas Learning Management System.  FeedbackFruits has been integrated into Canvas and Canvas Catalog using the Learning Tools Interoperability standard (LTI).  FeedbackFruits is licensed by the School of Social Work and is available for use only on courses within the School of Social Work sub-accounts in Canvas and Canvas Catalog.

I need help using FeedbackFruits.

Resolution

FeedbackFruits is supported only for students, instructors, and staff affiliated with the School of Social Work. School of Social Work users who have questions or need assistance can contact FeedbackFruits support at: https://help.feedbackfruits.com/en/

The basic support plan for the School of Social Work includes: 

  • End User Support: 24-hour in-application support Monday through Friday (a chat/help icon is available within the tool)
  • Instructor Support: Inspirational sessions for instructors, with 1-on-1 discussions if needed
  • Dedicated Support: Partner Implementation Manager access
  • Workshops: Unlimited for Instructional Design staff
  • Ongoing Consultation: Bi-weekly meetings with FeedbackFruits pedagogical consultants
  • Canvas Templates: pre-determined templates in Canvas
  • Data Reports: tool usage reports
