Issue

How to find responsible vs. primarily responsible in TeamDynamix

Resolution

  1. If you want to see just tickets (Requests, Incidents, Change, etc.) in your report results, filter on Prim Resp and Prim Resp Group.
  2. If you want to see tickets AND ticket tasks, filter on Responsibility and Resp Group.
