Issue
How do I view file and folder sizes in a Google shared drive?
Resolution
- For folders, you cannot view how much space they take up.
- For files, you can either view them in the list view or click and open the info (i) sidebar.
This can also be done via the Google Drive for desktop app by right-clicking the folder and then choosing properties. There isn't a way to sort by size via Drive on the web, but you can sort by size via File Explorer (Windows)/Finder (Mac).
