Canvas: File Preview Unavailable Using Safari

Issue

When attempting to view a file preview in Canvas, a blank page loads. This is happening using the Safari web browser.

Resolution

Check you are using a supported browser version: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

Earlier (unsupported) versions of Safari have been causing a blank screen.

Check if Safari needs to be updated: Update to the latest version of Safari
