• How can I obtain a Duo hardware token?

Resolution

Duo Hardware Tokens

• Duo hardware tokens can be obtained from the Tech Shop.
• As U-M is implementing Okta and Okta tokens, Duo tokens have been removed from the online catalog, to reduce confusion.
• Visit the Tech Shop, in person, to obtain a Duo token.

Yubikeys

YubiKeys can be ordered from the Tech Shop via the online ordering form.

1. Search for "yubikey" in the search window.
2. Add the item to your cart.
3. Select your fulfillment method (In store pickup, Delivery on Campus (Ann Arbor) or UPS Shipping).
4. A credit for the amount of the token will be applied when you check-out. No payment is needed.
   1. Limit one funded YubiKey per individual.

Additional Information

• For those who cannot use the Duo Mobile app, Duo hardware token purchases are funded by Information and Technology Services (ITS).
• Note that U-M has implemented Okta for authentication on most systems.
