Issue

How do I stop accepting responses to my Google Form on a specific date or after I receive a certain number of responses?

Resolution

  1. Open the Google Form you want to manage.
  2. Ensure the Form is published if it is not already.
  3. Click Published in the top-right corner to access the Form's settings.
  4. Click Set close date or response limit under "Accepting responses."
  5. Use the available options to:
    • Stop accepting responses after a specific date: Select On a date, click Choose date and time under it, select the date and time you want, and click OK.
    • Stop accepting responses after a certain number of responses: Select After a number of responses and enter the number in the field provided.
  6. Click Save, and then click Save again.
