Canvas Mobile App Shows No Courses

Canvas mobile app for University of Michigan students

Issue

Students can log into their U-M Canvas account on the mobile app but cannot see any of their courses.

Resolution

When logging into the Canvas mobile app, students should select the correct school name to view their courses. 

  1. Open the Canvas mobile app and log in (or log out and start a new login) using the Find my school option.
  2. When prompted with 'What's your school's name?', search for 'Ann Arbor'.
  3. Select the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor option.
    • Do not select the University of Michigan Ann Arbor Catalog option.
  4. Complete the Okta login with your uniqname account.
