Issue

What are sensitivity labels, and are they available in the ITS-managed U-M Microsoft 365 apps?

Resolution

The ITS-managed U-M Microsoft 365 instance is not approved for most types of sensitive data. As a result, sensitivity labels have not been configured and likely will never be. Therefore, they are unavailable in the U-M Microsoft 365 apps.
