This Report

This report is designed to pull all constituent Aliases given a user-specified list of Constituent LookupIDs (LIDs). Users also have the option to display only specified Alias types. 

Why use this report?

Use this report if you need to access alternatives to constituents’ full legal names (e.g. preferred names, phonetic names, or prior names) 

E.g. Find constituents’ preferred names to ensure they are addressed correctly when contacted

Running the Report Directly

Click the highlighted icon to bring up the user prompts.

If the report is taking too long to run, schedule the report (see above).

Prompts

You then need to set the prompts. (Prompts act as questions that help you to customize the information in a report to suit your own needs!)

Below are the available prompts (with explanation) —

LookupID Information (Required)

Answer the following prompt to display aliases of desired constituents.

  • Enter Constituent LookupIDs

    • Allows user to enter one or more Constituent LookupIDs (LIDs)

Alias Information (Optional)

Answer the following prompt to restrict display of Aliases to a specific type

  • Select Specific Alias Type or Leave Blank for All

    • Allows user to select one or more types of alias to be reported. Leave field blank to include all aliases

    • E.g., UM Preferred Name, Historial Name, etc.
