This Report

This report pulls prior 9 fiscal years, current fiscal year and lifetime recognitions through the use of the Sub-Constituent Unit.

Why use this report?

Use this report to retrieve a constituent’s recognition history — the current fiscal year plus the prior nine fiscal years (a 10‑year view) and lifetime recognition totals — by entering the Sub-Constituent Unit. It’s ideal for stewardship and recognition verification, preparing donor briefs and meetings, evaluating long‑term giving patterns, and auditing recognition levels across units.
